For the third time, (the last time also involved an X-ray and prior to that there was a prescription refill request by both me and my pharmacy which went unanswered) I was told the doctor was too busy to review my X-ray but would follow up soon because I would need a surgery for a deep pocket. 4 weeks and counting and no response, what was once unthinkable has now become the norm with this practice unfortunately. Dr.Miller I've be coming to your office well before you joined your Father in his practice. I felt attacked by Candy. She told me I has puss coming out of all my teeth, uppers and lowers, from my canines back to all my molars. Why didn't she alert you to at least look at my mouth? or were you too busy? or don't you care?
