We had Chris come out the day after Christmas and look over our house. He actually appraised it at 75,000. Almost 2 years before, we an appraisal from someone thru Napoleon State Bank, and their appraisal was 135,000. What the hell happened? Plus we have invested almost 10,000 in a mini split heating cooling system in the very large Bldg, plus we insulated and covered all the walls in the LG bldg and our 2 car Garage. Worst appraiser ever!!! Came in and couldn’t believe the updates… kitchen cabinets are 20 years older than the house, half the counter is plywood. I don’t know what’s updated about that. Also the tile is coming of the floor and cracking and she said it must be new??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are looking for a blind appraisal!!!!
