I would highly recommend using Amerimac for all you commercial and residential appraisals. Their turnaround times and prices are awesome! The turnaound time on getting appraisals back from Amerimac is over and above the completion of getting back the report (s). Pricing is all good and very reasonable. All the people I work with are more that happy to help in any way they can and respond promptly. I try and send everything I am proccessing thru Amerimac. Just sometimes wish it was more!! I'm tired of asking for quotes to do appraisals, only to discover that lowball fees are what you want. No response to phone calls or emails to determine status of orders. I'm sure lenders love you. There are plenty of other firms that will pay fair fees and communicate. No thanks to working with your firm again.

funny people you are, you ordered an appraisal, I told you my fee, you wrote my fee was accepted and three days later I advised you that it was not changed in the system and I would contact the re agent as soon as you updated my fee in the system, I guess you didn't like being called out on $16.50. :)
