Perhaps all of us are apprehensive when we have a dental procedure, certainly myself. Dr. Smith and his associate were very helpful to overcome my concerns by discussing the procedure to be performed and explaining what they were doing at given times. My appreciation to them and the friendly/professional staff. Highly commend and will recommend your organization!

Entire staff was warm, welcoming, and comforting! Dr. Whitcomb was amazing and explained everything! A great experience for having a root canal! Definitely recommend them!!

I had a great experience at Central Ohio Endodontics. Dr. Smith was excellent -- he assessed my problem quickly and helped me understand my options. He and his dental assistant took great care of me - I had a tough problem (lots of pain going in) and I was happy to be in the hands of an expert. He followed up with me the next day which was awesome and everyone in the office was open to answering any questions I had. Fast, efficient and friendly!

Steven Smith is not in my dental network and so I have paid extra "three" times now to have him do my root canals. He is the most amazing specialist at this procedure. I have fallen asleep every time. His follow up pain control is also the best of the best. I really would never consider every using anyone else to do what can be a very unpleasant experience. Kudos to him and his talented staff.

Developed root canal issues while visiting family. Even though Friday afternoon, Dr Webster made the time to perform root canal surgery. In and out in less than one and a half hours. The following Monday he phoned to check on my progress. Very impressive and grateful.

My root canal: I sat down in the chair and the most pain during the entire process, came from the Novocain injection in the roof of the mouth. The rest was painless. A lot of drilling and leaning back with my mouth open. The procedure took about 45 minutes to an hour. There was some swelling later. However, the prescription provided at the end of the procedure handled that nicely. The overall experience was nothing like the stories you hear. Dr. Smith seemed genuinely concerned with my comfort.

When my dentist told me that I needed a root canal all I remember is what I have heard through the years about the intense pain. Dr. Smith didn't promise anything but I had "0" pain during and after the treatment. The staff made me very comfortable!
