I've never had a shot in the dentist's office that didn't hurt, until Dr. Smith performed my root canal. During the whole process, I was made to feel secure and confident that I was in good hands. I am in absolute shock that the least painful dental procedure I have ever experienced was a root canal. Dr Webster and his assistant were wonderful. I truly have a fear of dentist but never felt the need to say so because from the moment I entered their office I felt so comfortable. Dr Webster took the time to explain everything he was doing and I did not experience one moment of pain. Unbelievable. Never thought I would be saying this...Thank you for a surprisingly and much appreciated pain free experience.

I have had the misfortune to require root canals far more often than I would have liked. The experience at Central Ohio Endodontics was by far the most positive and least invasive as well as the least painful and speediest recovery that I have ever received. Relief was instantaneous and recovery was greatly aided by the careful instructions of Doctor Smith. Everyone at the office was solicitous of every need. I have lost count of the number of root canals I have had and I will say Dr. Arens and his Assistant, Rita Evans were outstanding! They both were very compassionate and professional with the procedure making sure patient comfort was a priority! Thank you to both of them for exceeding my expectations once again with making my appointment virtually painless!

I was very apprehensive about the root canal, but DR. Webster put me at ease by explaining the procedure. In the end, it felt just like a filling that took a little longer with a little discomfort. All in all, it was a good trip.

I was referred to Dr. Arens by my family dentist. He was very professional and everyone at the office was kind and prompt. Root canals can never be a good experience, but this was as close as one could get.
