It was my first visit to the office and other than the wait time and the chair size being a bit small. I enjoyed my visit.

Again, I left the office feeling that I am receiving first rate individualized care. Dr. Sakamoto and my hygienist always give me the time needed. Questions are welcomed.
I'm still after three months waiting for the doctor to call me

My biggest complaint was that I was scheduled for a follow up appointment after surgery and waited one hour for a five minute appointment. I realize things come up where people ahead of me are late and there might be a patient who needs more attention, but waiting for an hour is ridiculous. That shows me that my time is neither valuable nor important.

I am not happy with the staff who didn't play their part in contacting my insurance for the service they provided. I was disappointed by their inaction (They rushed to send the bill to a third party to pressurize me to pay) and never returned to see Dr. Sakamoto; although he was a nice professional dentist.
