Wait time was almost one hour in the reception area. I was pleased with the care in the examining room with the nurse and doctor. I was again waiting for the desk person to complete her questions about my insurance. I am a return client for Dr. Sakamoto.

I had a very good appointment. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The only disappointing thing about the visit was that I had to fill out the forms again after I had already done them on line.

I have been and continue to be a patient for over 20 years. Dr Sakamoto has an excellent staff. He has diversity in his patients but none in staff. No African American or male associates. Your staff should be a reflection of the community you serve. I have much respect for the doctor and his staff, but it lacks diversity.

June 20, 2018 Respectfully, my personal experience with Dr. Sakamoto, and his Staff were second to none! They treated me like I was "royalty." Most recently Dr. Sakamoto's Dental Hygienist, "Lynn," performed one of the very best and long over-due teeth cleanings that I have ever had in my 60+ years. I will not be coming back and I will letting other people know that they should not use this provider. I have never had such a bad experience. When I had my gum surgery done the first time pictures were taken at the Dublin location because the Dr could not make it. He was supposed to look at these pictures and get back with me... It took a month and several phone calls. I then had to have the same surgery done again because the graft fell down. The second did the same thing and I have not really gotten an explanation. It was my first visit to the office and other than the wait time and the chair size being a bit small. I enjoyed my visit.

Again, I left the office feeling that I am receiving first rate individualized care. Dr. Sakamoto and my hygienist always give me the time needed. Questions are welcomed.
