We were extremely satisfied with the services of Feazel Roofing Company. The workers were pleasant, polite and informative. They even made sure to keep the gate closed so our dog wouldn't get out of the yard. Their clean up was impeccable. Jeremy, our salesman, guided us carefully through the entire process, making everything crystal clear before we signed the contract.

Can not get anyone to call me back regarding the scheduling of repairs needed on our 7 month old, $24,000 roof. Lifetime warranty is deceptive sales practice if you can not get work done. Steer clear of Feazel and avoid the frustration.

TLDR: Don't go with Feazel, please. We had such a disappointing and unprofessional experience with Feazel. I used to think that responsiveness and communication with companies wasn't that important, but trust me that it is. Do not go with this company, they do not value communication with their customers.
