We had a positive experience with the sales person and we were excited to work with Feazel. The job itself was nightmare. There was no on site project manager. The workers tossed roofing materials all over the yard, several plants, trees and the grass were damaged. The new skylight was the wrong size, we had a whole in the roof covered with plastic. Feazel's service was great until the work was done. The sale man was very efficient for the scheduling after we received the approval from our insurance company. Unfortunately, after the roof installation, we had many undesired issues that required Feazel to take care. The most important issue is that the place that was leaking is still leaking! Come fix and finish the job it has been over a year. We had a leaking and rotten house roof after it was supposed to have been fixed. And our barn wall and barn windows still leak. Awful work and a lot of run around. Would not suggest your company to anyone.

There was the gutter guys came out & did the work but didn’t tell me they was done. So I wanted a picture of the gutters to make sure we got the leaf guard. I have a medical issue so I couldn’t tell & my husband can’t get up on ladder. So my husband saw the siding was pop out to. So I call my sale person & didn’t give me answer so I talk to sale office so she had Scott Widmyer he came out & did answer my question. Took pictures to for me.

The installers seem to know what they were doing. There are two areas that I was unhappy with. One Was that there were no English speaking workers that I could communicate with. Two was the color match on the shingles was way off. And there wasn’t time to get it right with the rain predicted for the next day.
