You guys did a better than average job but had guys standing in my metal gutters while tearing off roof singles. I know you guys came out and made some repairs on the damaged areas but I know it might have caused issues that aren’t seen at this time..
First class group of people to deal with from sales rep to scheduling group to installation group.
We were told the solar roof would take up to 6 weeks to get scheduled. It took more than 6 months.

Had a number of screens damaged Feazel repaired most them. Found a few more talked to Austin about it. He said he would get back to me. He did not get back to until I made my final payment and explained that I would not recommend z feazel because I still had not heard from Austin I held partial payment as agreed with Matt sherry. When Austin finally did call and offer to pay for the screen and fix the black caulk on the almond trim I knew it was only because he was told to do so. I told him that I would take care of it. Had a horrible time with the installers. Sent 2 non English speaking workers. Field supervisor admitted that we should have 4-5 guys do the installation. Sloppy finishing work. Never came back to fix several issues and field supervisor never returned calls.

I requested before we ever signed the contract—-NO contractors to work on our roof, only Feazel employees to do the work-Johnathon reassured me no contractors would work on our roof—we had contractors sent out who I could not even communicate with Since they did not speak English. Jared was the foreman that promised everything and delivered nothing-he actually sat in his truck while his crew worked on our roof-they we’re all hard workers working from early morning into the dark. Long story short. Signed contract on 7/21. Job completed, after several call backs, on 11/15. I was approved for 10K and quoted 9K. Sales person told me the extra 1K would go towards wood, if needed, and that I wouldn’t be charged unless it was needed. I know wood is very expensive but I can’t imagine there was $800 worth of wood on this, but I signed the contract so that’s my bad. I have several rental properties and will never use Feasel again.
