Long story short. Signed contract on 7/21. Job completed, after several call backs, on 11/15. I was approved for 10K and quoted 9K. Sales person told me the extra 1K would go towards wood, if needed, and that I wouldn’t be charged unless it was needed. I know wood is very expensive but I can’t imagine there was $800 worth of wood on this, but I signed the contract so that’s my bad. I have several rental properties and will never use Feasel again.
