From our first contact with Ben to the roof being installed we have had nothing but positive experiences with Feazel. Definitely a customer centric organization.
Worked from sunup until after dark to finish the job. The roof looks good.
Had a major leak in my roof and called several companies to come and look. Most said 2-4 weeks which would never have worked. Leak happened on a Thursday, Feasel came and looked at it on Sunday and did the repair on Tuesday. Cant recommend them enough. When it’s time to get a new roof I will call Feasel.
Initially had repairs done and a subcontractor did a very poor job. Your staff came out and made it right. The roof an chimney are Great now. Except for the first experience and the length of time to fix the work. All else was very good.
From sales to installers. The service was top notch , timely, efficient installation and great cleanup.
Everyone from salesman to scheduler to supervisor on job was very responsive to questions and job was very organized and efficient

Good interaction with Feazel team at all levels. Roof installed fast but with attention to quality. A great overall experience from start with Shane Lles to the install project manager Shane Sibcy and all the team at the front office to close things out. Highly recommend Feazel
