Once the roof replacement was scheduled I had a great contact at Frazel. We had to reschedule twice because of blacktop work being done on our street and that went smoothly with my contact person. The day after the roof was replaced it was raining and there was some significant leaking into the soffit at the area where the “valley” was by our back porch extension. Feazel did an excellent job starting with Ben meeting with me and our insurance adjuster, all the way through completion, including clean up at the end by using a magnet to pick up nails. Nothing but good things to say about Feazel.
