Had a great experience with Feazel! The sales rep Jason who coordinated from the first appointment was so helpful, and talked through every potential question and detail so thoroughly. The day-of was great too - there were a couple mix ups first thing that were rectified by Jason and the PM immediately with no issues at all, and I felt confident in the project manager Austin’s hands. The roof looks beautiful, and we’re thankful for a job well done! Feazel is high quality all around, happy we got to work with them!

Our new roof is great! The workers put in a long day, but they were all working hard, all day. Everyone we have worked with at Feazel throughout the process has been very nice and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job cleaning up also, which we really appreciate. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Feazel’s crew spearheaded by Austin W. did a fantastic job with replacing my roof. What was impressive was first the communication and timely responses. Second was the professional workers who cared deeply about protecting the landscaping and lastly the craftsmanship and clean-up. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience! The installers were friendly, patient and extremely thorough. Upon returning home after they had completed the install we would have never known that they had been here. The yard was absolutely spotless and everything had been put back where it had been before. Feazel assisted me inspecting the roof at my request, finding storm damage and helping me to submitti the claim to my insurance company. Then worked to complete the process and install the new roof. Everything in a very easy and smooth fashion. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
