Chad went to bay for us with the insurance company. His attention to detail was instrumental in the approval of our insurance claim! The roofing install team was respectful of our property. I must say I am grateful for the outstanding professionalism and customer care by your field consultant Chad Kaylor, My new roof looks great and your company did an outstanding job. There were a couple of small things with the crew I would have liked to have had done without asking. A couple of spots on my trim on the roof had some damage from shingles being removed and I had to provide paint and a brush and ask the job Forman to have it touched up.
