From initial inspection to completed project, process was efficient. Found the sales staff to be professional and knowledgeable. Financing the project was more cost effective than anticipated. Installation crew was efficient and detail oriented. Clean up after installation was flawless. Would highly recommend to my family and neighbors without hesitation. Feazel did an excellent job starting with Ben meeting with me and our insurance adjuster, all the way through completion, including clean up at the end by using a magnet to pick up nails. Nothing but good things to say about Feazel.

Got an estimate. Paid 1/2. Had a date for repairs but never heard from you again to confirm. I called our representative and he got confirmation. Installer shows up and our skylight has a crack in it. Have to wait two weeks for it to be installed.
