Great experience using Feazel! Signed the quote, work was scheduled by text & all installation was completed in 1 day as promised. So far we are very pleased with the work quality.
In general the work was really nice. There were a few small items I was disappointed in. The siding installers did not check the location of the porch lights so they did not install the shutters and the corner near the front door. Even when the second person came to check the corner did a quick lousy job. A friend of mine, who is a siding installer, came and fixed those problems. The gutter installers did something to the sewer entrance where the downspout goes in, the water comes out like a fountain. A friend of my grandson... read more

I had my roof replaced through my insurance company and they recommended this company. They were quick to respond to the insurance company and get someone to inspect the roof and siding. The young man was very friendly, polite and respectful of my concerns. Then came the salesman who told me what the insurance company would cover and options I had as far as colors. Feazel is a very professional highly organized company. They supported us through the whole process of getting a new roof and made it very easy for us. Bryce came to our home to look at our roof and give us an estimate. He worked very hard with our insurance company. Bryce was excellent through the whole process. I was very happy with most of the work. There were a few things that did not meet my expectations. The siding installers did not plan properly. I had a friend of the family come and make things right. He moved the patio lights so that the shutters could be installed. He also coming back to finish the siding by the front door. Your installers did not come around the corner and finish about 12” of siding. Also your workers had no respect for our access to get out. Between scrap, their tools and supplies. Everyone did well. The workers did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
They did a great job. Finished in one day and spent along time searching for nails on the ground. I didn’t find 1 nail. That’s how efficient they were. Nice people and would highly recommend
