The quality of work and timeliness was excellent but what was most impressive was the level of communication throughout the process. From the beginning of negotiations through the installation and clean up FEAZEL was 100% honest and accountable. They always communicated in advance what to expect, they delivered on their promises, and then they followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Extremely professional and reasonably priced - great value!

Working with Feazel through our insurance was an extremely positive experience until it came to the final billing. Wes Bouillon was professional and responsive and prompt. The communication with him and our insurance was top notch. We were not present at the time the work was done, but had picture and text updates throughout.
