Working with Feazel through our insurance was an extremely positive experience until it came to the final billing. Wes Bouillon was professional and responsive and prompt. The communication with him and our insurance was top notch. We were not present at the time the work was done, but had picture and text updates throughout. Had trouble with our bill for work done on our flashing. The original bill stated that we were having a roof replaced. So the used the 1200.00 toward a down payment for a new roof. Instead of issuing a bill for the flashing word do. Can’t remember the person I talked to in billing but she resolved the problem for us. She was very easy to work with.

Austin and Kenneth were awesome with their communication and customer service. I would prefer a quality manager do the finished product review. I do not have the slighest idea of what to look for. I also would have liked the before and after pictures for the next owner. Austin took care of all the headache of dealing with insurance company that I did not have the background to do.
