Excellent work, easy from start to finish. Hardest part was picking out the colors for the roof!
I typically don’t leave reviews but this one is warranted. I had an insurance claim that needed a roof replacement due to wind damage. After dealing with contractor after contractor that didn’t want to take the job on due to the amount of work that was involved and an insurance company that wasn’t easy to deal with, Feazel stepped up to the plate. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive during our roof replacement. It was a pleasure to work with the Feazel team.
We needed our copula put back on our garage, the original roof company would not do it and another company gave us a outrage quote and said a crane was needed. Feasel came out gave us a quote and they came out in the two week time frame to put the copula on the garage. Quick and easy, two workers lifted the copula up on the ladder and onto the garage safely, no crane needed, just common sense. I woul recommend Feasel again

Everything went as planned. Crew was pleasant and professional.
Communication isn’t great. When job was completed the certification of completion was sent somewhere but not to my insurance company who needed that to release remaking funds. Meanwhile I was being contacted for payment. Frustrating to say the least. Before work began on my roof I asked for a quote for new gutters and have never heard back from anyone and my roof was replaced 2 months ago. Like I said communication isn’t great.
