Feazel crews did a great job for our roof replacement and cleaned our yard. Dallas quick responses our calls and texts when we had questions. I would recommend Feazel to my friends and families.
Everything went as planned. Crew was pleasant and professional.
The work itself was great. There was a lot of miscommunication. I was not contacted a few days before the estimated work as I was told I would be. The gutters installation arrangements was terrible. How called the day before but did not give me a time to expect the workers. I admit I didnt ask but it should be on him to tell the client especially since the workers wouldnt be here until after 1030. I was told by two different people in the office they would be here at 7. Communication isn’t great. When job was completed the certification of completion was sent somewhere but not to my insurance company who needed that to release remaking funds. Meanwhile I was being contacted for payment. Frustrating to say the least. Before work began on my roof I asked for a quote for new gutters and have never heard back from anyone and my roof was replaced 2 months ago. Like I said communication isn’t great.
