The communication between the Feazel team and the customer could be better. Asked the sales rep if Feazel could tarp the leaking area of the roof until the roof was replaced and was told a tarp would be in place by the end of tomorrow at the latest, and two weeks later still no tarp. We lost roofing and siding came loose in late March and it’s the last week of August and all repairs are still not complete. First they couldn’t find roof to match 8yr old roof. Then couldn’t find siding to match. It took multiple phone calls for me to find out this information, they didn’t contact me. And after 2 months of nothing I had to ask them to put something on my roof to protect it the areas exposed. The worse part, once items came in a guy did 99% of the work in a couple hours. The information provided by Brandon was impressive and informative. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not follow up with a scheduled time once I signed the contract; I had to call him. Jose was great at diligently working on installing the skylights, he seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job of cleaning up any mess that was made. He was very professional and respectful. Lack of timely communication related to billing and so far no documents related to warranty. Slow to complete other miscellaneous items. Would likely not use again.

Almost thought my roof repair had been overlooked. Called Frank back, asking of status and where we were. Not sure, but we talked and found there was more money to work with and got things lined up for the repair. We will find out when it will occur. Gathering materials, arranging crew and all that. We will see what happens. Going on five months, more than 8 hard rains, hope the temp. Patches are holding…hope there isn’t TOO MUCH mold or rotten wood under those areas….

The group that installed the roof was excellent. They did a great job and work extremely hard. The rest of the service from sales team on was awful. Lots of excuses and lies for example. 1 I asked multiple times for someone from your team to come out and re tarp the roof where it was leaking because you didn't do it right the 1st time.
