The work itself was great. There was a lot of miscommunication. I was not contacted a few days before the estimated work as I was told I would be. The gutters installation arrangements was terrible. How called the day before but did not give me a time to expect the workers. I admit I didnt ask but it should be on him to tell the client especially since the workers wouldnt be here until after 1030. I was told by two different people in the office they would be here at 7. We were told in mid March, we would have a new roof in two weeks. While we realized it would likely take longer for a solar roof, no one ever reached out to tell us it would take as long as it did (seven months to get a roof, an additional 3 months for the solar to be operational). Horror story, absolute scam.
Impressive. Very impressive. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Mike Stack was fantastic, and the crew assigned to re-roof my house and my outbuilding did so in a single long day. They were a well-oiled machine. My skylights were replaced, and the Velux replacements for my old Velux are a huge improvement. It has been one year since we initiated our roof / window project. Multiple errors. It is still not done.

Average took 4 months and several phone calls to semi complete job. We were told to expect 100% satisfaction that didn’t happen. Your salesperson needs to be up front about the amount you charge an insurance co. It was extreme and the work was ok.
