Come fix and finish the job it has been over a year. We had a leaking and rotten house roof after it was supposed to have been fixed. And our barn wall and barn windows still leak. Awful work and a lot of run around. Would not suggest your company to anyone.

There was the gutter guys came out & did the work but didn’t tell me they was done. So I wanted a picture of the gutters to make sure we got the leaf guard. I have a medical issue so I couldn’t tell & my husband can’t get up on ladder. So my husband saw the siding was pop out to. So I call my sale person & didn’t give me answer so I talk to sale office so she had Scott Widmyer he came out & did answer my question. Took pictures to for me.

The installers seem to know what they were doing. There are two areas that I was unhappy with. One Was that there were no English speaking workers that I could communicate with. Two was the color match on the shingles was way off. And there wasn’t time to get it right with the rain predicted for the next day.

Overall Feazel made getting my new roof after a hail storm a fairly painless experience. The roofers did an amazing job, and the project manager (Scott) was on top of it. We had a couple of minor hiccups related to gutters/down spouts. Basically the sales person put the order in incorrectly for what was being replaced (based on what the insurance was covering) and for the wrong color. Scott did clear this up for us, but it took it a bit longer than needed. I would use again.
Once Feazel got together and had a crew come out and do the job it was great, but the communications within the company is terrible. Filed with my insurance and called for someone to come out for an inspection. Well all seemed to go well. Insurance agent and a rep. From Feazel came out. There was some question on how much insurance was going to cover. Rep. From Feazel advised he was going to take some pictures and send to someone higher up with the insurance co.
