We were out of town when we had wind damage. Everything was handled by phone and everything went smoothly. Good work!

We were extremely satisfied with the services of Feazel Roofing Company. The workers were pleasant, polite and informative. They even made sure to keep the gate closed so our dog wouldn't get out of the yard. Their clean up was impeccable. Jeremy, our salesman, guided us carefully through the entire process, making everything crystal clear before we signed the contract.

Almost thought my roof repair had been overlooked. Called Frank back, asking of status and where we were. Not sure, but we talked and found there was more money to work with and got things lined up for the repair. We will find out when it will occur. Gathering materials, arranging crew and all that. We will see what happens. Going on five months, more than 8 hard rains, hope the temp. Patches are holding…hope there isn’t TOO MUCH mold or rotten wood under those areas….

The group that installed the roof was excellent. They did a great job and work extremely hard. The rest of the service from sales team on was awful. Lots of excuses and lies for example. 1 I asked multiple times for someone from your team to come out and re tarp the roof where it was leaking because you didn't do it right the 1st time. Knowone ever showed up even though they said multiple times they would get over to look at it.
