Impressive. Very impressive. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Mike Stack was fantastic, and the crew assigned to re-roof my house and my outbuilding did so in a single long day. They were a well-oiled machine. My skylights were replaced, and the Velux replacements for my old Velux are a huge improvement. The quality of the crew's work was the highest, and supervisor Robert Robertson kept me fully informed as the job progressed. Care was taken at every step, and the cleanup was top-notch. It has been one year since we initiated our roof / window project. Multiple errors. It is still not done.

Average took 4 months and several phone calls to semi complete job. We were told to expect 100% satisfaction that didn’t happen. Your salesperson needs to be up front about the amount you charge an insurance co. It was extreme and the work was ok.

We were told the solar roof would take up to 6 weeks to get scheduled. It took more than 6 months.

Had a number of screens damaged Feazel repaired most them. Found a few more talked to Austin about it. He said he would get back to me. He did not get back to until I made my final payment and explained that I would not recommend z feazel because I still had not heard from Austin I held partial payment as agreed with Matt sherry. When Austin finally did call and offer to pay for the screen and fix the black caulk on the almond trim I knew it was only because he was told to do so. I told him that I would take care of it.
