Had a number of screens damaged Feazel repaired most them. Found a few more talked to Austin about it. He said he would get back to me. He did not get back to until I made my final payment and explained that I would not recommend z feazel because I still had not heard from Austin I held partial payment as agreed with Matt sherry. When Austin finally did call and offer to pay for the screen and fix the black caulk on the almond trim I knew it was only because he was told to do so. I told him that I would take care of it. I forgot on the other review to put the names of the two guys l have worked with who gave me the best customer service. Grant McGlothin and Donnie Lucas were great to work with and finished my roof in record time. I am so grateful to the both of them.

Communication isn’t great. When job was completed the certification of completion was sent somewhere but not to my insurance company who needed that to release remaking funds. Meanwhile I was being contacted for payment. Frustrating to say the least. Before work began on my roof I asked for a quote for new gutters and have never heard back from anyone and my roof was replaced 2 months ago. Like I said communication isn’t great.
