I requested before we ever signed the contract—-NO contractors to work on our roof, only Feazel employees to do the work-Johnathon reassured me no contractors would work on our roof—we had contractors sent out who I could not even communicate with Since they did not speak English. Jared was the foreman that promised everything and delivered nothing-he actually sat in his truck while his crew worked on our roof-they we’re all hard workers working from early morning into the dark. Long story short. Signed contract on 7/21. Job completed, after several call backs, on 11/15. I was approved for 10K and quoted 9K. Sales person told me the extra 1K would go towards wood, if needed, and that I wouldn’t be charged unless it was needed. I know wood is very expensive but I can’t imagine there was $800 worth of wood on this, but I signed the contract so that’s my bad. I have several rental properties and will never use Feasel again.

Can not get anyone to call me back regarding the scheduling of repairs needed on our 7 month old, $24,000 roof. Lifetime warranty is deceptive sales practice if you can not get work done. Steer clear of Feazel and avoid the frustration.

I had to practically beg for them to come and do the job. When they were doing the job, I heard a huge third that shook the house. I found that they had warped some trim around my windows. They didn’t do anything about fixing it right away. Then I had to practically beg for them to come and fix it, which they didn’t do it right the first time. Plus they knocked away a downspout and would not come fix that either. Not a good experience at all.

I believe most are the issues were with the crew you subcontracted to do the job. A number of things were identified as issues, we had to repeatedly call the Feazel manager to come inspect the work taking place. A few of the issues include: -starting to put a new roof over old flashing, even though new flashing was included on the quote. -some of the roof vents were not installed as promised and we had to have them come out again. -ridge vent may not be cut through to our attic -a fireplace guard/cover was included on the qu... read more

TLDR: Don't go with Feazel, please. We had such a disappointing and unprofessional experience with Feazel. I used to think that responsiveness and communication with companies wasn't that important, but trust me that it is. Do not go with this company, they do not value communication with their customers. We had a great meeting with the salesman (which is why we chose them, don't be fooled) and the workers who came to our house were extremely hardworking. I'm leaving this review because I cannot figure out how to edit a previous review. Yesterday I left a one star review because the sales representative I was working with dropped the ball. Feazel reached out to me today and let me know that the representative I'd been working with had similarly dropped the ball with several other clients and has been dealt with. Nearly two months ago I had them to my home for an estimate. Did not address what I called them for but told me I needed a new roof. He took photos and said he’d get them to my insurance company. He never sent the photos. My insurance company got tired of waiting and sent their own guy to check things out. He found $500 worth of repairs. I’ll call someone else to address these repairs as well as the other project that I had called them for initially. Hey Feazel. Ya Dumped.
