Poor communication, nails left all over my property, magnetic tool left at my house. I was promised it would be picked up multiple times but wasn’t. Promises not kept. Disappointed in experience. Would not recommend.

Had a horrible time with the installers. Sent 2 non English speaking workers. Field supervisor admitted that we should have 4-5 guys do the installation. Sloppy finishing work. Never came back to fix several issues and field supervisor never returned calls.

I requested before we ever signed the contract—-NO contractors to work on our roof, only Feazel employees to do the work-Johnathon reassured me no contractors would work on our roof—we had contractors sent out who I could not even communicate with Since they did not speak English. Long story short. Signed contract on 7/21. Job completed, after several call backs, on 11/15. I was approved for 10K and quoted 9K. Sales person told me the extra 1K would go towards wood, if needed, and that I wouldn’t be charged unless it was needed. I know wood is very expensive but I can’t imagine there was $800 worth of wood on this, but I signed the contract so that’s my bad. I have several rental properties and will never use Feasel again.
Took over a year to complete services to my home.
Can not get anyone to call me back regarding the scheduling of repairs needed on our 7 month old, $24,000 roof. Lifetime warranty is deceptive sales practice if you can not get work done. Steer clear of Feazel and avoid the frustration.

I had to practically beg for them to come and do the job. When they were doing the job, I heard a huge third that shook the house. I found that they had warped some trim around my windows. They didn’t do anything about fixing it right away. Then I had to practically beg for them to come and fix it, which they didn’t do it right the first time. Plus they knocked away a downspout and would not come fix that either. Not a good experience at all.

I believe most are the issues were with the crew you subcontracted to do the job. A number of things were identified as issues, we had to repeatedly call the Feazel manager to come inspect the work taking place. A few of the issues include: -starting to put a new roof over old flashing, even though new flashing was included on the quote. -some of the roof vents were not installed as promised and we had to have them come out again. -ridge vent may not be cut through to our attic -a fireplace guard/cover was included on the qu... read more
