TLDR: Don't go with Feazel, please. We had such a disappointing and unprofessional experience with Feazel. I used to think that responsiveness and communication with companies wasn't that important, but trust me that it is. Do not go with this company, they do not value communication with their customers. I'm leaving this review because I cannot figure out how to edit a previous review. Yesterday I left a one star review because the sales representative I was working with dropped the ball. Feazel reached out to me today and let me know that the representative I'd been working with had similarly dropped the ball with several other clients and has been dealt with. Nearly two months ago I had them to my home for an estimate. Did not address what I called them for but told me I needed a new roof. He took photos and said he’d get them to my insurance company. He never sent the photos. My insurance company got tired of waiting and sent their own guy to check things out. He found $500 worth of repairs. I’ll call someone else to address these repairs as well as the other project that I had called them for initially. Hey Feazel. Ya Dumped.
Think I rated wrong as I hit the wrong star! Sorry! The job and crew that did my roof were both great. Roof looks great and the guys were very good. I will recommend Feazel and give 5 stars to anyone who should ask. Thanks! Steve
Very professional from start to finish! Took their time to educate us during the discovery phase and then walked us thru the process from A-Z. Once the work was ready to be performed, we received emails and phone calls to keep us in the know.
Roof and gutters look real nice. Roofer cleaned up after themselves. They left a pair of pliers or some tool on my roof which is still up there. Gutter people left some of their garbage around. Empty cup, water bottle.

Th roof install was great. I was not happy with the cleanup after the gutter install. There were about 25 nails and screws all over my yard. Several were in my driveway and back deck to step on or drive over. There was other trash left behind. How can I be sure that they did not rush of miss something.
Keep your door to door solicitors OUT of my backyard and beside my house - and off my property. Period.
I had a very good experience with Feazel. The Sales Representatives, Nick and the gentleman in training with him were truthful about what the company would cover in replacing my roof. The workers were very polite, and the lead worker took pictures of the rotten decking
