Communication isn’t great. When job was completed the certification of completion was sent somewhere but not to my insurance company who needed that to release remaking funds. Meanwhile I was being contacted for payment. Frustrating to say the least. Before work began on my roof I asked for a quote for new gutters and have never heard back from anyone and my roof was replaced 2 months ago. Like I said communication isn’t great. I had to reach out numerous times about issues. They started the job the week before Xmas and told me it’s fine to hang a plastic product in cold weather. After numerous calls about siding coming of the side of the house, I was told yeah we knew this because we couldn’t tuck it properly at the top because of the cold weather. Why would you start the project then. After I think my sixth call about siding coming off, after I was assured a quality inspection was done. Never got them to finish on what the promised.
Poor communication, nails left all over my property, magnetic tool left at my house. I was promised it would be picked up multiple times but wasn’t. Promises not kept. Disappointed in experience. Would not recommend.

Had a horrible time with the installers. Sent 2 non English speaking workers. Field supervisor admitted that we should have 4-5 guys do the installation. Sloppy finishing work. Never came back to fix several issues and field supervisor never returned calls.
