Jerry Farrell was a great project manager. Absolutely fantastic communication during the roof replacement and he patiently answered my questions. Amber in the front office is also great and able to corrdinate with my gutter cover removal.
Everyone on the Feazel team is super friendly, responsive, and great to work with. Spencer in particular is amazing. He addressed all of the issues that occurred during the process right away and was a pleasure to work with. Mike Justus was great to work with too during the sales process.
A good experience and we were pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the Feazel staff. The crew showed up early on the promise date and worked diligently to get the job done in one day. Two minor things that we were not happy with: they could have done a better job remounting our satellite dish and we picked up a lot of nails afterwards including 5 in our driveway.
The roof looks great. Feazel did all the work with the insurance. We are happy with the roof and the service.
Cody Mitchell was amazing. He persevered where others gave up and finally succeeded in getting my insurance company to pay for my roof replacement. My claim had been denied 4 x before this happened. He is very good at his job, always professional and caring. When it came time to replace the roof his project manager Jerry Farrell was also wonderful to work with and he made sure everything was done right.
