Amazing. Really. Communication was on point; Materials arrived when they should; Work was completed on time; Clean up afterwards was very, very impressive. Brian Jaeger did an amazing job as PM for this roofing project. I wish all my other house projects were run this efficiently and effectively.

They were on time, considerate of my property, cleaned up perfectly and went above and beyond expectations. They even spray painted my chimney stack to make it blend with the new roof!!! Austin was very knowledgable and polite, kept me updated on the progress and made sure I was completely satisfied prior to leaving.

Overall evaluation and opinion of the roofing job I feel was very good. With my different type of rough, it took longer than anticipated but I am very happy with the results and the workmanship done. As far as the gutter guards that were put on, I would rate that whole system a two or three. it took forever to get the gutter replacements installed, and as a result debris went down into the gutter lines and created back up issues for me. I haven't been this impressed with a company in years! The professionalism and standards far exceeded anything I could have asked for...from my first contact with Donnie Lucas to the project manager, Jerry Ferrel, they made it an easy process to walk thru. I believe they care about my house as much as I do! Also, the teams that did the physical work were great. Anyone looking for a roofing company, Feazel Roofing is your answer!
