Kolby was great to work with and did his best. The crew doing the work were less than careful with my property. I am still finding nails, plastic and black tar paper. I was told I would receive a $250.00 check from the roof shingle, but I have not received it.

The actual work performed seemed to be according to standards. The only issues I had was the lack of communication throughout the process. Lastly, I didn’t received any communication when and how to pay the final bill. I had to call your billing department to inquire.

Jerry Farrell was the project manager for my drywall repair. He did an excellent job with communicating what the painters would do to repair the drywall. He even came by to check out the work of the painters while they were working to replace the drywall and repaint the ceiling and wall, and to make sure I was satisfied. I enjoyed Jerry's personality!!!

The team showed up when they said they would and finished the job more quickly than expected. Jerry Farrell, project manager, sent me pictures throughout the job and was on and off the site to monitor the details. He answered my questions throughly and tried to address any concerns I had.

I was in the hospital when the roof was going on. Brian Jaeger was great to work with and kept me updated with photos throughout the day so I could watch the progress. I was released that afternoon and was so excited to see the job was completed before I got home. They did a great job and other than a new roof you couldn’t tell anyone was here. I was very pleased that they cleaned up so well and left everything looking so nice. The roof looks wonderful too!
