Tim Squire was my salesperson. He helped get thru the insurance process and patiently answered my questions. He had good ideas and followed thru quickly. Even on evenings and weekends and when he was out of the office. Brian Jaeger was our PM. He drove things to completion. We had 11 guys here in one day and they largely finished it in a day. Chad went to bay for us with the insurance company. His attention to detail was instrumental in the approval of our insurance claim! The roofing install team was respectful of our property. They were on time and the install took only a day! Every aspect of our dealings with Feazel was excellent, from the sales team, delivery of materials, install and billing.

Tim Squire was an excellent ambassador of the Feazel brand. He worked with me for nearly six months as we worked through the trials and tribulations of dealing with insurance claims processes. The crew was professional and did an excellent job before, during, and after the installation of the new roof. Jerry Farrell was my project manager. I cant speak highly enough about him and the team at Feazel. Jerry communicated with us in advance of the project letting us know what to expect, even with the staging of materials. He and the install team were prompt and professional on the day of the install, moving or covering porches, patios, and plants.
