I am extremely please with my new roof, everyone at Feazel was great to work with. They even helped when my insurance company was not communicating with me during the process. Jerry was especially helpful as he kept me updated and probably sent over 50 pics of the old roof coming off and the new one installed. I didn’t expect him to do that but it was “over the top” customer service!

Tim Squire was my salesperson. He helped get thru the insurance process and patiently answered my questions. He had good ideas and followed thru quickly. Even on evenings and weekends and when he was out of the office. Brian Jaeger was our PM. He drove things to completion. We had 11 guys here in one day and they largely finished it in a day. Chad went to bay for us with the insurance company. His attention to detail was instrumental in the approval of our insurance claim! The roofing install team was respectful of our property. They were on time and the install took only a day! Every aspect of our dealings with Feazel was excellent, from the sales team, delivery of materials, install and billing.

Tim Squire was an excellent ambassador of the Feazel brand. He worked with me for nearly six months as we worked through the trials and tribulations of dealing with insurance claims processes. The crew was professional and did an excellent job before, during, and after the installation of the new roof.
