Logan AC tech informed us we had a hole in the roof. We called Feazel & Copeland. Copeland said we can have someone out tomorrow. Feazel said we’ll be there today. Michael came out went into the attic to see what AC tech was looking at, went up on the roof, walked it, took pictures & then went to his truck, got tarp material, tacked it down well over the big hole in our roof & explained the condition of the roof very well.
