Overall, we’re satisfied. However, it took us a lot of time, and had to work with two supervisors to eventually get what we were initially sold. We will be taking that into consideration before reaching out to Feazel again to meet our roofing needs.

Roofing went well For the gutters they put one downspout in the wrong corner. And I have a leak at the end of one gutter on the house

In general the work was really nice. There were a few small items I was disappointed in. The siding installers did not check the location of the porch lights so they did not install the shutters and the corner near the front door. Even when the second person came to check the corner did a quick lousy job. A friend of mine, who is a siding installer, came and fixed those problems. I recently had Feazel put a new roof on my house (all new OSB as well). They also wrapped all soffits and installed new gutters with down spouts. I really am super pleased and impressed with the craftsmanship and professionalism of their whole team. Feazel goes above and beyond with everything they do.
