We had a great overall experience with this team on our new roof and gutters. There were a couple of hiccups early in the process, but what really stood out was how the team responded. They went above and beyond to address every concern, kept communication open, and made sure everything was right in the end. Storm, our salesperson, was fantastic throughout the entire process. We had some issues but all were addressed and satisfactorily remedied . Seems as if today’s world moves to fast and effective communication is often lost in the process. Bottom line we are pleased with our new roof and would recommend Feazel. Roofing material quality and workmanship is an obvious priority for the company.

Feazal did a wonderful job. However your communication skills to me as a consumer of your product was terrible. You had my WRONG NUMBER so when you said you called you didn’t. When you roofed you came at 6:15 in the morning without warning because you had the WRONG NUMBER. I had to communicate with you. THIS IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! The person who assisted me is not even listed.

The job went well and was especially impressed with the ability to change gears and completely re-sheath the roof when it was found to be necessary. More sheathing was obtained and delivered and the delay in completing the job was minimal Would have liked to have a complete statement of materials that would be used and exactly what was being done. All we had was the yellow copy of the sheet that the salesperson made notes on, which had numerous checkboxes and abbreviations. I would have liked to have an inventory of supplies... read more

We were very impressed with the looks of all 3 of our buildings with new roofs! The workers did excellent work! Such hard workers! And , you never would have known they were there at the end of the day. The clean up was amazing! We highly recommend Feazel Roofing!!
