Well organized process and team work. Materials dropped off three nights before, team was here by 7am, and they completed the entire roof in one day. Did a great job of cleaning up too. Brian Jaeger did a wonderful job!!

I must say I am grateful for the outstanding professionalism and customer care by your field consultant Chad Kaylor, My new roof looks great and your company did an outstanding job. There were a couple of small things with the crew I would have liked to have had done without asking. A couple of spots on my trim on the roof had some damage from shingles being removed and I had to provide paint and a brush and ask the job Forman to have it touched up. Kolby was great to work with and did his best. The crew doing the work were less than careful with my property. I am still finding nails, plastic and black tar paper. I was told I would receive a $250.00 check from the roof shingle, but I have not received it.

The actual work performed seemed to be according to standards. The only issues I had was the lack of communication throughout the process. Lastly, I didn’t received any communication when and how to pay the final bill. I had to call your billing department to inquire.
