I haven't been this impressed with a company in years! The professionalism and standards far exceeded anything I could have asked for...from my first contact with Donnie Lucas to the project manager, Jerry Ferrel, they made it an easy process to walk thru. Brian Jaeger and Donald were great to work with. After issues with the previous sales rep Ryan, Donald reached out and got us scheduled right away. Brian made the physical replacement of the roof an easy process. He communicated with us often, sent pictures, and took the time to explain and answer any questions we had. His crew made sure our property was cared for and clean after the job was done.
