The work was completed in a very timely manner. The clean up was very impressive considering the mess. Feazel followed up with an inspection prior to any final payment request. Roof looks good and would highly recommend this company. Jim Mahnic

Clean-up wasn’t as thorough as promised. Was surprised at some of the lack of detail, given the high reputation of this company. There are several gaps & corners that don’t meet…I’m hoping I don’t have problems in the future with insects or water. Was hoping for a more stellar experience. Probably would not recommend.

I felt sorry for the installation crew when they had to wait about 3 1/2 hours for materials. Caused them to be here until about 7:00 PM. Had to get follow-up work done on the shed to correct a problem but it was properly taken care of. I was pleased with how the negotiations with our insurance was handled. We had virtually no involvement and Mike took good care of us. The finished product is satisfactory.
The entire process was very straightforward and easy. Scott is exceptional, and did a great job detailing costs, options and timelines. The service itself was quick and done well, and the team cleaned up afterwards. Billing team was very responsive to questions I had after the job was done. Great experience!
