Really enjoyed working with the sales person but thought the project manager could have had more communication with us. There were several areas where the crew did sloppy work, broke siding when putting up flashing, used black tar/caulking to seal down the flashing but just slopped it on (in a very visible area by the front door). These are all things my husband and I either fixed or have to fix.
From sales to installers. The service was top notch , timely, efficient installation and great cleanup.
Everyone from salesman to scheduler to supervisor on job was very responsive to questions and job was very organized and efficient
Excellent work, easy from start to finish. Hardest part was picking out the colors for the roof!

I selected Feazel because of their lifetime warranty both on shingles and workmanship. Transferrable to new owners within 10 years. Feazel worked with my Insurance and took care of everything including items the adjuster missed. Overall, I will recommend Feazel for any roof work.

Fantastic experience. Getting A new roof and all new gutters can be very stressful but these folks were incredibly professional, extremely responsive, reasonably priced and actually a lot of fun to work with. Mike Stack, my general contractor on the project, was as customer service oriented as any professional I have worked with. Would highly recommend Feazel to anyone and will do so on a regular basis.
