All of the subcontractors were very good at their work. They also properly corrected minor punchlist items to my satisfaction. Overall I was very happy with the roofing, gutter, and siding subcontractors. If I had to do it over again I would choose Feazel again.

From our first contact with Ben to the roof being installed we have had nothing but positive experiences with Feazel. Definitely a customer centric organization.
I was very disappointed that my vent pipe damage claim was disallowed. Even after I had Feazel’s Project Manger visit my house and inspect the damaged pipe and agreed it was probably due to the crews over-manipulation or accidental manipulation of the roof vent pipe but he wanted to see what Yellow Dot had to say about it. We had Yellow Dot come and inspect and the technician agreed it was most likely due to roofers manipulating or accidentally manipulating the vent pipe during the repair.
