Once the roof replacement was scheduled I had a great contact at Frazel. We had to reschedule twice because of blacktop work being done on our street and that went smoothly with my contact person. The day after the roof was replaced it was raining and there was some significant leaking into the soffit at the area where the “valley” was by our back porch extension. Had trouble with our bill for work done on our flashing. The original bill stated that we were having a roof replaced. So the used the 1200.00 toward a down payment for a new roof. Instead of issuing a bill for the flashing word do. Can’t remember the person I talked to in billing but she resolved the problem for us. She was very easy to work with.
