From initial inspection to completed project, process was efficient. Found the sales staff to be professional and knowledgeable. Financing the project was more cost effective than anticipated. Austin and Kenneth were awesome with their communication and customer service. I would prefer a quality manager do the finished product review. I do not have the slighest idea of what to look for. I also would have liked the before and after pictures for the next owner. Austin took care of all the headache of dealing with insurance company that I did not have the background to do.
