Had trouble with our bill for work done on our flashing. The original bill stated that we were having a roof replaced. So the used the 1200.00 toward a down payment for a new roof. Instead of issuing a bill for the flashing word do. Can’t remember the person I talked to in billing but she resolved the problem for us. She was very easy to work with.

From initial inspection to completed project, process was efficient. Found the sales staff to be professional and knowledgeable. Financing the project was more cost effective than anticipated. Installation crew was efficient and detail oriented. Clean up after installation was flawless. Would highly recommend to my family and neighbors without hesitation. Austin and Kenneth were awesome with their communication and customer service. I would prefer a quality manager do the finished product review. I do not have the slighest idea of what to look for. I also would have liked the before and after pictures for the next owner. Austin took care of all the headache of dealing with insurance company that I did not have the background to do.
