The overall experience was positive! Travis Hull went above and beyond as he had to work through an insurance company. Travis explained the process and next steps along the way. Travis was able to get this approved through the insurance company and we now have a new roof. The installation process was clean and smooth as well, especially with John Patella providing updates along the way. Feazel Roofing did a great job reroofing my house. Brian Amador was awesome to work with and went above and beyond working with my insurance company. John Patella did a great job managing the project. He kept me informed and insured its completion to a high standard. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of the cleanup.

Once the roof replacement was scheduled I had a great contact at Frazel. We had to reschedule twice because of blacktop work being done on our street and that went smoothly with my contact person. The day after the roof was replaced it was raining and there was some significant leaking into the soffit at the area where the “valley” was by our back porch extension.
