Working with Tim was a very positive experience, no pressure, answered my many questions, gave me a fair repair price and in a timely manner, making payments was easy and office staff was always very nice and the roofer was nice, answered my questions, did a great job, no mess, and was done in timely matter, thanks so much for making a situation that was stressful to me (having a damaged roof) seem easy and uncomplicated

Working with Feazel through our insurance was an extremely positive experience until it came to the final billing. Wes Bouillon was professional and responsive and prompt. The communication with him and our insurance was top notch. We were not present at the time the work was done, but had picture and text updates throughout. One of my neighbors was having their roof replaced by Feazel and I watched the crews working throughout the day and saw what a great job they did not only on the roof itself, but the cleanup and how quickly they finished the job up. Feazel came around the neighborhood afterwards to promote their business and I spoke with someone to set up a roof inspection.
