Our story with Feazel has a no good start but a good ending. We had a very small leak and called Feazel to have a look. The salesperson who came here at the beginning was lack of experience and not professional. Something unexpected happened during his first visit. And also the leak got worse after his repair. Working with Tim was a very positive experience, no pressure, answered my many questions, gave me a fair repair price and in a timely manner, making payments was easy and office staff was always very nice and the roofer was nice, answered my questions, did a great job, no mess, and was done in timely matter, thanks so much for making a situation that was stressful to me (having a damaged roof) seem easy and uncomplicated

Working with Feazel through our insurance was an extremely positive experience until it came to the final billing. Wes Bouillon was professional and responsive and prompt.
