I was very disappointed that my vent pipe damage claim was disallowed. Even after I had Feazel’s Project Manger visit my house and inspect the damaged pipe and agreed it was probably due to the crews over-manipulation or accidental manipulation of the roof vent pipe but he wanted to see what Yellow Dot had to say about it. Excellent work-good response time
Everything went great from start to finish. Bryce was very helpful as was everyone else involved. Communication was very good and we are happy with the end result.
Had a major leak in my roof and called several companies to come and look. Most said 2-4 weeks which would never have worked. Leak happened on a Thursday, Feasel came and looked at it on Sunday and did the repair on Tuesday. Cant recommend them enough. When it’s time to get a new roof I will call Feasel.
Initially had repairs done and a subcontractor did a very poor job. Your staff came out and made it right. The roof an chimney are Great now. Except for the first experience and the length of time to fix the work. All else was very good.
