An exceptional positive experience all the way around. Seamless flow from inspection to quote and installation. Installation crew really knew their stuff and worked well together. Jimmy Mouhourhs was initial project consultant and Shane Sibcy was project manager.....very professional and trustworthy. Answered all my questions immediately and stopped in several times to check progress. I wish all my home projects went this well! Highy recommended.

From the start Feazel was a very professional operation. Their sales department were very knowledgeable about the products. The installers did a great job with cleanup and the roof looks amazing. A project manager, Shane, was very helpful in making sure the project went smoothly. He answered any and all questions I may have had. I would highly recommend this company.
The team did a great job. They started when they said they were and finished earlier than expected. Additionally, they cleaned the area around the house very well. They only issues that I had was that I wasn’t informed the metal roof on my bay window would be installed on a different day.

We had new roofs put on both our garage and barn. The employees arrived on time which is always a definite plus. The employees were all hard workers. We did have a communication problem regarding our job but the issue was addressed very promptly and we are very happy with the top notch customer service that we received. We previously had Feazel replace the roof on our house a few years ago. We would definitely use Feazel again!
Your roofing crew were great! The gutter company you sublet that part of the job to were not as nearly as professional as your roofing group.
