We were extremely satisfied with the work Feazel did replacing our roof which was damaged in a Spring hailstorm. In addition to the crew doing excellent work, Scott was in constant contact with us every step of the way - before, during and after the job. He also walked us through the insurance process, which played out exactly as he said it would. We highly recommend them and we’ve heard nothing but positive feedback from our neighbors who have subsequently used Feazel to replace their roofs as well.
Feazel Roofing worked with us every step of the way from the assessment of our roof through the insurance claim process and kept us informed throughout. The actual work was done quickly and professionally with minimal mess left behind. They answered all of our questions and really made it an easy experience. We highly recommend them for any sort of roofing work!
Everything looks great and the follow up was great as well. The clean up could have been a little better with nails in driveway but it was probably getting dark at the time of the finish. The warranties are excellent which was a huge selling point for my wife and myself.
Overall, happy with work. Roofing crew had to come back to redo kitchen roof. Appreciate them fixing their mistake. Sofit and gutter crew was outstanding. Could not ask for better.
