I want to personally thank Scott and his roofing team. Upon discovering they mistakenly damaged the lighting in our cupola during the roof installation, Scott quickly offered to make the situation right at no cost to our family. He was back out to the house and on the roof with members from his team fixing the issue. Great customer service!

Scott Widmeyer did a good job of representing our interests with the insurance company and managing the project. Problems with minor roof issues were followed up on and resolved. Only problem involved an outside contractor who was unable to perform tuck pointing which was an addendum to the roofing contract. Feazel was unable to find a qualified replacement. Negotiations on an appropriate credit took several weeks but were satisfactory resolved.
