Tim Baltica did a great job of assessing damage, fighting for our claim and handling insurance with ease and making it easy for me to trust him. I would love for Tim to help with another roofing project of ours within the church, a residential property the church owns (parsonage).

Scheduling and communication with Feazel was challenging once we were committed. Roof looks good, happy with the outcome, but the process in total was frustrating.
Very professional work done from start to finish. Will highly recommend to anyone.
Experience was OK in that crew showed up when promised, removed old shingles, cleaned up and repaired bad section of wood. Roof is functional in that I have not detected any leaks but the finishing touches are pretty rough. Shingles are cupped at the edge and in a couple of places where garage roof meets second story. Shingles are also wavy at the gutter. Project manager provided some explanations that seemed to me as "made up". Based on those answers, I pretty much stopped with the questions.
