We can’t be more satisfied with the experience we had with Feazel Roofing. Feazel’s Project Manger，Mr. Scott Widmyer, was very knowledgeable, honest, responsive, kind, thorough, and punctual from the beginning to the end. Scott Widmeyer did a good job of representing our interests with the insurance company and managing the project. Problems with minor roof issues were followed up on and resolved. Only problem involved an outside contractor who was unable to perform tuck pointing which was an addendum to the roofing contract. Feazel was unable to find a qualified replacement. Negotiations on an appropriate credit took several weeks but were satisfactory resolved.
Scott was very helpful in working with the insurance company and took care of all the paperwork including getting the permit. The work was completed on time and we love the warranty. It took a while for the insurance to process the claim due to all the storm damage in the area, and Feazel was great about waiting until we received the balance to be paid.
Every aspect of my experience with Feazel went exceptionally well. From the initial inspection to the finished product my Project Manager, Scott Widmyer made the entire process seamless and worry-free! I would recommend Scott and his crew for anyone looking for a new quality roof for their home.

Easy to get a hold of and work was done quickly
Very professional, great job cleaning up and after the work was completed the manager came back and noticed screen damage that we didn’t even see and replaced it for us! Highly recommended!
