The experience was great! You are always a little apprehensive when you spend thousands of dollars on a project. But the F3azel team made it easy.
Did a great job—Very conscientious in approach.
They were on time polite and when the job was done they cleaned everything up.
Feasel was thorough from start to finish. Kaela and Scott were amazing sales people and project managers. Roof looks great and was completed within a week of downpayment. I cannot recommend this company enough as they have no completed 2 roofs for my family. They also handled all insurance paperwork! Roof was completed in 1 day and completely cleaned up prior to leaving!
From start to finish - your entire team was very professional and business-like. Fast, professional and courteous
From our salesman Tim through the entire Chimney and Brick Wall rebuild/repair went as smooth as anyone could have planned. Jeff Abrams Masonry crew did a fantastic job and were very professional. They matched the 40 year old brick so close that you can not see the difference. They worked through driving rain to complete the job. Once the job was completed you would never know they were there except for the beautiful work they did. Everything was spotless and put back if it had been moved. I would recommend them to anyo... read more
An exceptional positive experience all the way around. Seamless flow from inspection to quote and installation. Installation crew really knew their stuff and worked well together. Jimmy Mouhourhs was initial project consultant and Shane Sibcy was project manager.....very professional and trustworthy. Answered all my questions immediately and stopped in several times to check progress. I wish all my home projects went this well! Highy recommended.
Very good experience.
