Love our new roof! Daniel was at my house within three hours of my call. Everything was completed promptly. Can’t believe how fast the crew installing my roof had it done! Cleaned up everything prior to leaving.
They did a great job, I wish I would have had ridge vents instead of boxes again. All my neighbors had storm damage through whole neighborhood at same time all had to be replaced. I filed with insurance but they are waiting on Feazel to respond still I hope to get prompt help with this ASAP. But I have not heard anything so far. Otherwise they did a great job ... cleanup was great as well. Love the lifetime warranty that comes with feazel . I just hope my insurance gets there info from Scott at Feazel soon. The whole process from the start was a good experience with all the people
Scott had someone to fix leaking problem on roof quickly after I called him. Overall, I have a great experience with Feazel company.

Good pre and post sales communication from sales rep. Competitive pricing. Wasn't home during demolition of old roof or installation of new roof, but new roof looks great and job site was clean. Waiting to have gutters installed once additional home construction is complete.

Scott is knowledgeable about his product and the work that goes into roofing. My questions were always answered in a way I could understand which I appreciated. His crew were polite, energetic workers seeming to me to take pride in their work. They were neat and cordial.

In May 2019 I hired the Feazel company to put a new roof on my home . The work they did was excellent . They did the job in a timely manner took the time to see you too every detail and spent extra time on an area that needed more attention . The men were hard-working and efficient . They did a great job cleaning everything up when the job was done . I would highly recommend Feazel if you want a job well done by a professional company.
