We have been so happy with Feazel. They have walked us through the insurance process and have followed through with every promise. They replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts in the time quoted and maintained a clean workspace. Scott Widmyer has been a joy to work with. He is very professional and explains the whole process. The roof looks great. The actual roof was completed in one day. Clean up was good. Some areas needing some improvement. I found a dozen or so roofing nails on the driveway. Some ruts were left in the lawn from trailer tires. Attempts were made to repair lawn but the repairs did not take. Overall, I am satisfied with the job completed.

Love our new roof! Daniel was at my house within three hours of my call. Everything was completed promptly. Can’t believe how fast the crew installing my roof had it done! Cleaned up everything prior to leaving.
They did a great job, I wish I would have had ridge vents instead of boxes again. All my neighbors had storm damage through whole neighborhood at same time all had to be replaced. I filed with insurance but they are waiting on Feazel to respond still I hope to get prompt help with this ASAP. But I have not heard anything so far. Otherwise they did a great job ... cleanup was great as well. Love the lifetime warranty that comes with feazel . I just hope my insurance gets there info from Scott at Feazel soon.
