I dealt with many roofers who were trying to gain my business. I am so glad that I chose Feazel. Cody, the field supervisor was great! He actually listened to what I had to say and responded with a plan that made sense. He was dealing with a very difficult insurance company who repeatedly denied my claim. We had a small leak near our bathroom exhaust vents. I was requesting a quote to remove the affected deck board and repair the roof in the area. Kearns staff members quickly identified the issue and proposed a local repair at a much lower cost as my roof has several years of life remaining. I cant say enough good things about this business! **** was our contact person and was wonderful!! He kept me informed throughout the process and always answered my calls and questions very quickly. The crew did a great job and cleaned up the area before they left. This company gets an A+ for the whole process. We had the good fortune to have ************************** of Kearns Brothers Roofing visit our home to access roof damage from an April hail storm. The overall experience with Sales, pre-prod and the install team was very good. Communicative and clear on what to expect, so that was good. The craftsmanship is very good and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend them for the work. The only issue I have, and the only reason I am only giving them 4 stars is that I have yet to receive a final invoice and the work has been done for a month.

Process had a few issues but they were dealt with immediately. John (the project manager) was absolutely a pleasure to work with. The siding crew did a great job. I highly recommend you choose Feazel for your roofing and siding needs.
