After ***** **** tried jerking us around for three years with other roofers, Zach S******** project mgr for Feazel said this roof was damaged by storms and was relentless with them for months, until he prevailed and got them to replace it! He is the one who pulled it off for us and this was our second roof with them as our old house was done by them 18 years ago. Feazel did a great job on the roof, worked with insurance to get the whole roof replaced.
Kearns Brothers has the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We started our roof project due to a storm that came through and blew off some shingles from our roof. Feazel installed our roof in 2019, this summer a few spots needed some repairs, and we needed our sky light replaced. Mike from Feazel came out and was very friendly and pro active, they gave a great price on sky light replacement and fixed the roof issues no charge due to warranty. The receptionist was great to work with also. Very satisfied..
